We Build. Some opportunities cannot be purchased; they must be created. We develop software, operating systems, AI tools, digital products, and new ventures where building creates more long-term value than buying.
We Invest. Sometimes the highest return comes from acquiring an existing business, sometimes from partnering, sometimes from building internally. We evaluate every opportunity with the same discipline: would we invest our own capital into this, and why?
