Meet the Founding Team

Steven Bickers – Co-Founder & CEO


Steven’s background spans global supply chains, product strategy, and executive sales. He spent over a decade managing national retail accounts and launching consumer electronics products across North and South America at Swann Communications, a global leader in home security. 


Prior to this, Steven has experience in sales and operational roles at for-profit and non-profit organizations. He holds a B.S. in Global Business. 


But behind the corporate wins was a personal mission: to build something enduring—on his own terms. After years of learning how companies grow and scale, Steven began working with early-stage founders and real asset operators to help them do the same, faster and smarter.


At Draymoor, he leads consulting engagements, acquisitions, and real estate development efforts across California, Colorado, and Texas.


Holly Sweezey Bickers – Co-Founder & Creative Director

Holly began her career in the arts, performing on stage and TV in Los Angeles before making the leap into fashion and merchandising. Starting with TJX Companies Buyer Training Program, she spent several years buying men's apparel and home goods for TJ Maxx, Home Goods and Home Goods Canada. She went onto join the buying team at BoxLunch where she grew their collectibles and toy categories to tens of millions of annual revenue. 


She’s launched dozens of successful product lines in partnership with brands like Disney, Marvel, and Warner Brothers—and brings that same creative vision to Draymoor’s ventures. Holly leads brand development, product incubation, and creative direction across the portfolio.


Where We’re Going

Today, Draymoor focuses on consulting and early-stage execution. We’re scaling toward ownership—acquiring businesses or equity stakes for long-term growth. 

We are actively seeking businesses for sale that are enduringly profitable and generate EBIDTA of $500k+. 


Whether it’s a new warehouse development, a machine shop, or a toy startup, our goal is the same: build something worth keeping for generations, and help others do the same.
